Based on the same ultra-stable Linux platform as the class-leading Studio6 MediaServer, Living Control's Studio3 brings a new level of capability, quality and relaibility to the specialised entertainment server market. Priced at around £5k and supporting a wide ranging selection of video and audio formats, the Studio3 will provide via HDMI a single stream of any unencrypted video, from YouTube to Full HD (1080p), in addition to a pair of independent audio-only outputs for music (up to 24bit/192kHz resolution) - all selectable in the usual Living Control fashion from exceptionally easy-to-use wall keypads. Capacity and video outputs can be further expanded if necessary.

The Studio3 MediaServer is future-proof as well, with updates enabling a choice of the latest generation of Full HD optical storage for Blu-ray or other future HD optical formats. Gigabit networking enables the streaming of video and music across the network, as well as importing video and music from external sources.
