With the advanced MusicBoxRAID you’ll have complete control of the server and the entire Living Control system from a PC, Pocket PC or Internet Tablet anywhere in the home (even outside) without the need for a hard-wired network connection. Choose room, source and volume from the GUI on your wireless device: click ‘Bathroom’ for example then choose CD, radio station, Sky channel or any other source on the Living Control network. When you carry your wireless device from room to room, your commands for the zone will appear on the in-room keypads automatically. The MusicBoxRAID has a massive 1TB (1000GB) of drive space, internally backed up using two 1TB mirror drives and built-in 54MB Wi-Fi networking for title retrieval with broadband. Compatible with 802.11B/G standards, MusicBoxRAID doesn’t need to dial out for titles using a modem, so the entire experience is wonderfully transparent and intuitive. Set-up for unsecured and security enabled networks is simple from the front panel, so you won’t need a degree in IT to relish the freedom and convenience of wireless control.
